We provide support to our publication and distributed product. However to keep the cost down our support are limited to Business hours of Australia. If you are calling in from outside Australia kindly check the timings. We have provided our support policy below:

  1. We encourage to contact us through the Contact Form for quick support. If you provide your phone no. we will be happy to call you back.
  2. We do not support Operating System queries or issues on reading / installing e-books formats. We assume that the user downloading our publications understand the concept of saving files, installation and also unzipping files should the files are provided in Zip format.
  3. All our publications generally are in PDF format. From time to time we also provide our publications in various formats. Should you require our publication in any other format, we will be happy to convert that for you. Send your request through “Contact Form
  4. We provide tracking no. of Australia post for our distributed goods. You will have to track your goods through them. We do not provide tracking support.
  5. Phone no. provided is for general enquiries. Keep your query short and simple in order to help us to optimise our support calls.
  6. For distributed goods ensure that you provide the right Address and phone contacts. We will refund the cost the goods for you if it is shipped to wrong address.
