Support Policy

We provide support to our publication and distributed product. However to keep the cost down our support are limited to Business hours of Australia. If you are calling in from outside Australia kindly check the timings. We have provided our support policy below:

  1. All our support are through email support only, irrespective of paid / purchased product or free products.
  2. We do not support Operating System queries or issues on reading / installing e-books formats. We assume that the user downloading our publications understand the concept of saving files, installation and also unzipping files should the files are provided in Zip format.
  3. All our publications are in various formats. Should you require our publication in any other format, we will be happy to convert that for you. Send your request through “Contact Form
  4. All the queries requiring enquiries be sent through “Contact Form” only. We do not encourage direct Email unless replying to our mails. Any query directly sent to us will be unanswered.
